Marti Granizo-O’Hare

Marti Granizo-O’Hare is the Founder and Publisher of FrandimaFindsNY.com.  She is the President of Frandima Properties, LLC, a Realty and Investments firm.  Ms. O’Hare is a licensed New York State attorney as well as a real estate broker. Ms. O’Hare is a graduate of the College of Notre Dame of Maryland and Fordham University School of Law.

Prior to working with FranDima, Ms. O’Hare practiced law for twenty years. Her legal experience spanned the spectrum of working in litigation, transactional and academic environments. Ms. O’Hare has worked for Salomon Brothers, (currently Citigroup), Dewey Ballantine Law Firm (currently Dewey & LeBoeuf, LLP), Chemical Bank (currently JP Morgan Chase), Seaman and Ashley Law Firm, a not for profit organization, and private practice with a focus on litigation, contract negotiation and drafting, and mediation.  Ms. O’Hare’s clients were individuals, corporations, small businesses and not for profit organizations. In tandem, to practicing law, Ms. O’Hare was an Associate Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School for ten years where she taught legal client- counseling and negotiation.
