John F. Chiodi serves as President and Founder of Empire City Consultants, Inc. In June of 2001 Mr. Chiodi formed one of New York City’s most ambitious and energetic expediting firms providing a turnkey solution for all of its clients expediting needs. Mr. Chiodi’s involvement with each project ensures accurate and timely approvals. Mr. Chiodi reviews all projects for code and zoning compliance and supports each project with a Project Manager and Field Expediter team to assure accurate and expeditious results throughout the life of the project. From the conception of Empire City Consultants, Inc, Mr. Chiodi has provide turnkey solutions to every facet of the real estate industry, from small residential projects to large multi-floor corporate interior renovations to out of ground New Construction. Mr. Chiodi enjoys the challenge and excitement of meeting his client’s goals and schedules for occupancy on every project.
