Eugene A. Belli, has over 24 years of experience in the due diligence industry, including serving as an environmental manager of a regional and international bank (Constellation Bank and Chemical Bank). He has managed over 14,000 environmental site assessments and property condition assessments for residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Many of the assessments completed on industrial sites were performed in accordance with New Jersey’s Industrial Site Recovery Act (formerly known as the Environmental Cleanup Responsibility Act [ECRA]). In addition to due diligence assessments, Mr. Belli has also managed and performed compliance audits, underground storage tank management and closure activities, remedial investigations and cleanups.

During Mr. Belli’s banking and consulting career, he has been intimately involved with bulk and portfolio sales as well as conduit lending. Mr. Belli is a Registered Environmental Property Assessor, a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, an AHERA Building Inspector/Management Planner and is a Licensed New Jersey Underground Storage Tank Subsurface Evaluator.
